Anyone you invite and the larger public. Large gatherings are open to the public to allow attendees to find your host site on our website. We want attendees to watch the simulcast in community with others on a similar journey. Your registration link and hosting address will be displayed on our website map, so anyone will be able to register. We will cap registration based on your requirements. Please note, if you would like your large gathering to be listed as a private site, please email Conference@replantedministry.org. We will make considerations on a case-by-case basis.

Anyone you invite, up to 10 people. 

Large gathering: The attendee pays a small fee via your registration platform:

$45 early bird registration | $55 regular registration

Small gathering: No additional charge is paid by the attendees, up to 10 people.

• A space to host the simulcast (auditorium, round table/chairs)
• A strong internet connection.
• Projector screen for a large group gathering
• TV or projector screen for small group gathering
• Ability to promote your event to your local foster and adoptive community. 
• Participation in zoom meetings with the Replanted Conference team.
• A strong internet connection and necessary tech to stream the event.
• A willingness to create an atmosphere filled with grace and love.
• A desire for attendees to feel more supported, encouraged, and closer to Jesus.
• Ability to recruit NO WAY gifts for attendees (e.g. gift cards, cash, gifts)

Host site schedules will be release in the spring!

The simulcast is live and happening in Central Standard Time (CST). Here are our suggestions based on your timezone.

Eastern Time Zone (EST)

We recommend watching the simulcast live with us. Meaning your event would start at 10:00am EST on Friday, October 16, 2026. If you would like to alter your start and end times or create your own schedule, you will need to host a delayed viewing.

Central Time Zone (CST)

We recommend watching the simulcast live with us. Meaning your event would start at 9:00am CST on Friday, October 16, 2026. If you would like to alter your start and end times or create your own schedule, you will need to host a delayed viewing.

Mountain Time (MDT)

You can either watch the simulcast live with us, or choose your own start time that same day and press play. You can only choose a start time that is behind our current stream. For example, you can press play at 9:00am MDT which would be 1 hour behind our broadcast (which airs at 9:00am CST / 8:00am MDT). This would allow you to have a more ideal start time, while participating in the larger conference experience with the host site in Chicago. 

If you would like to alter your start and end times or create your own schedule, you will need to host a delayed viewing.

Pacific Time Zone (PST)

You can either watch the simulcast live with us (which may feel early since that is 7:00am PST), or choose your own start time that same day and press play. For example, you can press play at 9:00am PST which would be 2 hours behind our broadcast (which airs at 9:00am CST / 7:00am PST). This would allow you to have a more ideal start time, while participating in the larger conference experience with the host site in Chicago. 

If you would like to alter your start and end times or create your own schedule, you will need to host a delayed viewing.

International Sites

Based on your timezone, you can choose to watch the conference live or offer a delayed viewing.

Yes, you are able to host internationally. However, you would need to register as a small gathering per the limitations of our registration platform. International sites are still able to access all live-streamed and delayed viewing sessions and would have the option to purchase bonus content for an extra small fee. International sites are responsible to pay for any additional currency exchange rates through our registration platform, BrushFire. We are not able to ship swag or interactive elements internationally. If your international host site would like to cover those costs and logistics, email Conference@replantedministry.org.

Yes. Our live-stream will be October 16-17, 2026. If you are unable to host that weekend, you can host a delayed viewing October 18, 2026 through November 15, 2026. If you opt to do a delayed viewing, you will need to know the dates when you register as a host site. 

All these options are available to you. Just email Conference@replantedministry.org and our team will set you up. Please note, your attendees will still need to register with a code and we will send you an invoice at the close of the conference.

You simply need to host and promote your event! We’ll take care of:

• Managing registrations for your Host site
• Marketing simulcast locations to the wider foster/adoptive community
• Communicating with attendees leading up to the event

Small Gathering Hosting includes:

• Hosting Guide (PDF)
• Digital Attendee Guide (PDF) you can print for your attendees
• Technical support during event (email)

Please note:

• Small Gathering Site attendees do not need to register through the Replanted website
• Small Gathering Host Sites will need to manage their own registration and communicate with their own attendees.
