Frequently Asked Questions

Is there childcare available?

Childcare will not be available at the Replanted Conference. Due to the nature of topics discussed and in order to provide participants with the opportunity to relax, though we love kids (and we really love kids), this conference is a “Kid Free” event. This includes babies.

Can I bring my baby?

Unfortunately, no. This is a “KID FREE” event. That means as much as we love kids (and we really love kids) we are trying to create an environment where parents and caregivers are able to relax, unwind, and of course, be refreshed. So please, no children of any age (including babies) and no exceptions. Our participants thank you!

We know this can be disappointing news for families with babies. However, we invite you to host a small group gathering with your friends and community where bringing your baby is more than welcome.

Can I register for one day of the conference instead of the whole conference?

Unfortunately, registration is for the entire conference, but please feel free to come to whichever portions you are able.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We are very sorry, but we are unable to issue refunds if you need to cancel. You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else or gift it to someone seeking a scholarship.

If you are unable to attend, please email us at conference@replantdministry.org and let us know if you would like to give your registration to a friend or donate it to a scholarship recipient.

Will lunch be provided at the conference?

Meals are included if you opt to participate in a pre-conference workshop on October 24. However, meals are not included for the main conference on October 25-26.

Attendees are responsible for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday. However, you can purchase an onsite lunch for an additional fee. Attendees will be given 1 hour for lunch. There will be NO option to purchase the onsite lunch at the conference. You must pay in advance. You are also welcome to go offsite or bring your own lunch. We highly recommend using this time to connect with other conference attendees and have found that purchasing the lunch option or bringing your own lunch and eating on-site is the best way to utilize this time in connection.

We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, but we will have a gluten-free option available each day. If you would like to order a catered lunch, please do so during registration.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Regular and gluten-free lunches will be made available. However, we will not be able to meet every dietary need so please plan ahead and be prepared to provide meals and snacks for yourself.

Where can I find a schedule?

We will have the full schedule of in-person events and the in-person simulcast schedule coming soon. Please note that simulcast dates will vary depending on the preference and availability of the simulcast site, but the scheduled format will be the same regardless of the simulcast event date. The schedule will be updated on an ongoing basis. For a list of breakout speakers and session titles, please check back in August.
