Childcare will not be available at the Replanted Conference. Due to the nature of topics discussed and in order to provide participants with the opportunity to relax, though we love kids (and we really love kids), this conference is a “Kid Free” event. This includes babies.
Unfortunately, no. This is a “KID FREE” event. That means as much as we love kids (and we really love kids) we are trying to create an environment where parents and caregivers are able to relax, unwind, and of course, be refreshed. So please, no children of any age (including babies) and no exceptions. Our participants thank you!
We know this can be disappointing news for families with babies. However, we invite you to host a small group gathering with your friends and community where bringing your baby is more than welcome.
Unfortunately, registration is for the entire conference, but please feel free to come to whichever portions you are able.
We are very sorry, but we are unable to issue refunds if you need to cancel. You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else or gift it to someone seeking a scholarship.
If you are unable to attend, please email us at conference@replantedministry.org and let us know if you would like to give your registration to a friend or donate it to a scholarship recipient.

When lunches are included in the conference pricing, you will select between the regular lunch option and the gluten free option during the registration process. Our apologies, but we are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions. If you’d prefer to bring your own lunch or go out for lunch, there is a place to indicate that during registration as well.
When all inclusive tickets are involved, we are not able to offer a reduction in price if you opt out of receiving a lunch.
Regular and gluten-free lunches will be made available. However, we will not be able to meet every dietary need so please plan ahead and be prepared to provide meals and snacks for yourself.
There are a few hotels in the area. We are working to secure the best group rate, so check back in April for more information on what is available.
Chicago, IL: You can fly into either Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW). The Compass Church is approximately 30 miles from O’Hare and 25 miles from Midway.
Jacksonville, FL: You can fly into Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Fruit Cove Baptist Church is approximately 37 miles from JAX.
Anyone with a cozy living room, a church space, or a conference room can host. Host at your home with your small group or host a larger gathering with your church or organization. You just need a good internet connection and a TV or projector screen.

Yes, there is a small host site fee associated with hosting to offset the hard cost of the conference.
Large Gathering
>25 attendees – for Churches or Organizations
- Regular: $299 to host (deadline August 25, 2026)
Host registration packages for large gatherings will include:
- Digital promotional materials,
- A unique registration site for your specific event,
- Conference swag for your attendees (25 attendees required),
- Access to a leaders Facebook group, and
- Support of our team to make your event a success.
We will take care of:
- Managing registrations for your site,
- Marketing your simulcast location to the wider foster/adoptive community and
- Communicating with attendees leading up to the event.
We want the host site to have the same experience as the in-person event and ship interactive elements that we may use at the in-person conference.
Small Gathering
<10 attendees
- Regular Rate: $199 (until September 24, 2026)
We want to make it easy for you to watch the simulcast with your friends. Hosting a small group simulcast includes with it:
- A hosting guide (PDF),
- Digital attendee guide (PDF) that you can print for your attendees,
- Technical support during the event (through email), and
- 10 attendees registrations.
Please note that small gathering site attendees do not need to register through the Replanted website and that small gathering host sites will need to manage their own registration and communicate with their own attendees. Small group hosts will not receive attendee swag.
