Jeff began serving as the Senior Pastor of The Compass Church in May, 2014. Before coming to The Compass, Jeff served for 20 years as the Co-Senior Pastor at The Chapel, a multi-site church in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Jeff and his wife Jen have been married for over twenty-five years and have three children – Jorah, Janai and Jake. Jeff earned his BS from Wheaton College and his Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
